We don't just to it because we have to do it to survive in disruptive times like these - we do it because, above all, it is our passion! The urge to create something new is unbroken. The breeding ground for our ideas is provided by our valued customers and to us, it is both an obligation and motivation to rise to the relevant challenge.
In confronting these challenges, we always make sure that we operate in fields with a promising future. But it is from these very fields that we also get the most inquiries. Our customers primarily appreciate the professional cooperation from the idea to the finished product, the engineering model. 
Continuous optimization also keeps the series model up to date..., until the next innovation cycle. Of course, from time to time, we let ourselves be recruited for tasks in new territory for us, in search of the proverbial white spots - uncharted areas - on the map, as it were.
Yes, those uncharted areas do exist, at least on the innovation map. But creating something completely new is a matter of endless joy. We don't get discouraged even by the occasional setback - the sense of achievement after a success is then all the more intense!
