Détection d’un repère rouge sur un faisceau en aluminium rond Un repère rouge doit être détecté sur un faisceau en aluminium rond. La couleur rouge dans un processus précédent est appliqué là où il y a des défauts métallurgiques du faisceau en aluminium. Il faut ici tenir compte du fait que la couleur rouge peut très fortement varier du fait de différents modes d’application (manuel ou bien automatisé), et qu’elle peut en outre être en partie raclée pendant le transport. Il faut en outre s’attendre à un encrassement des faisceaux d’aluminium, du fait que ces derniers peuvent être parfois stocké à l’air libre et peuvent former de la rouille sur la surface d’aluminium du fait des bandes d’acier qui sont utilisées comme sangles d’amarrage. Detection of a red color mark on an aluminum rod The task is to detect a red color mark on an aluminum rod (the red color mark informs about defect metallurgic domains in the aluminum rod). At this, the red paint which is used for color marking can differ and furthermore it can happen that the color mark is partly scraped. In addition an aluminum surface can be contaminated with rust (comes from a steel band, which is used for fixing the rods in a former process), which drifts also into the red color. |
