Compact hand-held devices for mobile use
LUMI-TAU-MOBILE Series
The devices of the LUMI-TAU-MOBILE series were designed for mobile use. The majority of types within this product group are equipped with both a battery integrated in the hand-held device and a Bluetooth® interface. The most powerful XL series also has a WiFi interface. These devices enable detection of the lowest phosphorescent marker concentrations. The fiber optic versions (FIO types) are very well suited for the detection of selective markings.
Light sources in the following wavelength ranges are available as sources of excitation light: UVA, blue, green, red, NIR. The secondary emission follows (depending on the marker) in the VIS or in the NIR range.
UVA excitation → VIS response

Inline detectors for automated checking of product markers during the production process
The systems of the LUMI-TAU-INLINE series are used to monitor the uniform addition of product markers into the base material. Both switching signals and an analog signal are available at the output.
The LUMI-TAU-INLINE series can be used to detect phosphorescent (luminescent) markers. The following wavelength ranges are available as sources of excitation light: UVA, blue, green, red, NIR. The secondary emission then follows (depending on the marker) in the VIS or in the NIR spectrum:
UVA excitation → VIS response
Blue excitation → NIR response
Green excitation → NIR response
Red excitation → NIR response
NIR excitation → NIR response
