더블 시트의 검사 로봇을 사용하여 쌓인 금속판을 들어 올립니다. 로봇은 금속판을 1 장씩 들어올립니다만, 안전을 이유로 2 장의 금속판을 동시에 들어 올리는 것을 방지 해야 합니다. 센서 더블 시트 위에서 아니라 옆에서 검사합니다. 또한 금속 시트의 종류를 바꿀 경우에도 (두께 나 금속 유형 변경) 자동으로 시스템이 새로운 유형에 적응 할 수 있습니다. Double sheet control Metal plates should be removed from a stack with a robot. The robot sucks the metal sheets one by one and it should be avoided for safety reasons to move two metal sheets simultaneously. A sensor should detect double sheet not from the top but from the side. Furthermore, the system should be adapted automatically after a change of the type of metal sheet (different thickness or different metal). |
