날개의 프라이머 표면 광택 측정 풍차에 사용하는 날개(풍력 터빈)의 프라이머 표면의 광택을 비 접촉으로 측정합니다. 검사는 프라이머 표면과 광택 센서의 거리를 약 15mm로 유지하도록 광택 센서를 로봇에 장착합니다. 동시에 날개가 수평으로 이동하기 위해 광택을 날개의 길이 축을 따라 측정 할 수 있습니다. 프라이머 표면에 코팅 특정 조합을 보장하기 위해 일반적 프라이머 표면의 광택은 5도 이하입니다. 부분적으로 플럭스(용재)처리 할 때 납땜의 플럭스 검사 선택(부분)적 플럭스 응용과 함께 선택적인 솔더링이 많이 보급되고 있습니다. 특히 혼합 조립 PCB 보드 제조업체는 이 새로운 기술의 이점을 이용하여, 납땜 할 영역만큼만 납땜 플럭스로 덮습니다. 이를 위해 piezo nozzle을 사용하여 직경 10 분의 1 밀리미터의 작은 플럭스 방울을 만듭니다. 이 때 산란 각이 매우 작기 때문에, 작은 방울이 붙을 경우가 있기 때문에 검사 해야 합니다. Soldering flux control during the selective flux application Selective soldering in combination with selective flux application becomes more and more popular. Especially manufacturers of mixed assembled PCB boards benefit from this new technology. Only the areas which will be soldered will be covered from the soldering flux. To achieve this, a piezo nozzle is used to generate small flux droplets with a diameter of a few tenth of a millimeter. At this the scattering angle is very small which make sure, that the droplets strike only the scheduled area. The amount as well as the direction of the droplets should be controlled. |
