The robot sucks the metal sheets one by one and it should be avoided for safety reasons to move two metal sheets simultaneously. A sensor should detect double sheet not from the top but from the side. Furthermore, the system should be adapted automatically after a change of the type of metal sheet (different thickness or different metal). |
